On Monday Tyler went off to boot camp!! His recruiter picked him up at 4:45 in the morning, and he was taken down town. My parents and I went down town around 8:00 to make sure we would be there to watch him get sworn in... and we were... it was not until 11:00 that finally happened. Then at 1:45 they were taken by shuttle to the airport. We also went so we could say good bye. His flight left for Chicago at 2:40, when him and the others he was traveling with got to Chicago they ate dinner, and then Tyler said he was going to bundle 15 cigarettes together and smoke them all at once (it was a little chilly there). The bus picked them up at 10:00 to go to the base. Tyler called us once he was there to let us know he was ok. We will not be able to talk to him over the phone for about a month, but we can write letters. When my mom asked him how it was so far, all he said was, "Well its not fun". But, boot camp isn't suppose to be fun. I am anxious to hear from him, and to know what he is doing. The night they got there they were not going to be allowed to go to bed, at 9:00 the next night they were going to be able to sleep.
I had my doctor's appointment today, I had my glucose tolerance test, and the results will be back in a couple days. Natalie's heart beat was 150 beats per minute. She is measuring a little big, so my doctor is going to see if my insurance will allow me to have another ultrasound to see exactly how big she is. This was my last appointment here, since we will be moving to San Diego.

Hello!
I am still in Virginia with Charlie and loving every minute of it!! I leave Saturday to go back to Phoenix, but then its only 13 days until Charlie graduates and we are together for good. Yay!!
Even though Charlie has been in school the whole time, we have still been able to do a lot.
When I first got here we went to the aquarium, even though it was small we both still enjoyed it. My birthday was on the 9th, and Charlie's on the 14th (along with Valentine's Day). I am so happy that we were able to be together to celebrate. On the Friday the 13th we went out with a lot of his friends to celebrate Charlie :) We all went to Macaroni Grill. We were even able to see a couple of friends from Charlie's past duty station, so that was fun.
This past weekend we went to Washington D.C. It was a short trip, we went there Saturday and came home Sunday. It was exciting to be there, but I wish we could have stayed longer. There is a lot to see there, but we were able to see most of what we wanted. Although it was FREEZING! And by the end of the first day my feet felt like they were about to fall off from all that walking. But, lucky me, I have an awesome husband who offered me a foot massage. And of course, I gratefully accepted! Ok, I was going to list all the place that we visited, but as I'm looking at the map right now, there are just too many places to list. But, we saw all the major places, and so so many memorials. We even went and saw some of the little random places. I have put up a lot of pictures, but not all of them. While in D.C. we took over 300!! What can I say? Charlie loves the camera!!

About 2 weeks ago, Landon's plaque finally came!
