When Landon passed away my grandpa gave me pennies to put into Landon's casket. And I'm sure many of you know about pennies from heaven... Well we have been collecting them ever since, and surprisingly have only found a few. Charlie is saving his, and when I see him I will add them to the collection we have. I made a container to keep all of Landon's pennies in. Here is a poem that I came across and it is perfect...

A Penny

Found a penny today

Just laying on the ground,

But it's not just a penny

This little coin I've found.

Found pennies come from heaven

That's what my Grandpa told me,

He said Angels toss them down

Oh, how I loved that story.

He said when an Angel misses you

They toss a penny down,

Sometimes just to cheer you up

To make a smile out of your frown.

So don't pass by that penny

When you are feeling blue,

It may be a penny from heaven

That an Angel's tossed to you.
