Natalie is a true California girl... She LOVES the beach!! Over Memorial Day weekend my parents came out to visit and we took Natalie to the beach. She ran out into the water and didn't want to come back. She didn't care that the water was as cold as ice, she loved walking in the water and splashing! We can't wait to take her back to the beach this summer. Some of our friends from Arizona were here visiting with their 2 little boys, and we met up with them at the beach. It was a lot of fun, I love seeing Natalie interact with other little kids.

Natalie had her appointment for her shots, she did pretty good... She only cried when they were actually poking her with the needles, but as soon as they were done she was fine.

Natalie is changing everyday, she is so smart and I love watching her learn new things. Just a couple days ago she tried to trick me... She was playing with some drawers and accidentally smashed her finger, and of course I went running over and opened the drawer and kissed her pinkie, she started laughing and was just fine. I continued what I was doing before her little accident, well a couple minutes later Natalie opened the drawer and put her hand in then started whining... she looked at me expecting me to run over again... She is very clever, but I didn't fall for it, lol. After a couple more tries she realized she wasn't going to fool me. But it was so funny watching the way her mind works. Another cute story... Last night Uncle Tyler walked in the door, and it had been about 1 1/2 days since Natalie had seen him... As soon as she saw him she walked right over to him, grabbed his finger and led him over to her chair. It was so cute, I think she missed him!

Natalie has been able to take her shirt off for a little while now, but she recently learned to take her diaper off!! We put her down for nap one afternoon, and when we went to check on her we discovered her with no diaper!! We had left her pants off for nap, which we will not do again.

Natalie's Grandpa Paul is visiting us right now, he came out to support Charlie tomorrow... Charlie is running his 1st marathon!! Natalie, Grandpa Paul and me are hoping to see Charlie throughout the race, but there are expected to be 60,000 people there! So... I'm not going to be too surprised if we aren't able to see him. But, we will be there at this finish line to see him!! Everyone, wish Charlie good luck :)
